Coffee Festival Poznań

The fifth edition of the Festival COFFEE Poznan  has taken place between 04 and 10 April 2016.
The main theme, which was used to create this edition of coffee festival was "Bezmlecznie" which means "without milk".



Popular statement among coffee lovers say that milk can save even the worst brewed coffee. 
In this edition milk will not help, because coffee available within Coffee Festival will be prepared exclusively without its use. 
Such a "limitation" seemingly may look like a small range of possibilities ... This is just a pretense! 




The event is based on finding and exploring the best places with coffee on the map of Poznan. 
Coffee will be available for the price of 6 PLN in cafes submitted to CFP. Especially for the duration of the festival coffee shops will prepare the festival dessert dedicated to coffee .





Participants of the festival gave their votes through a special questionnaire. After summing up the votes , to the best place with coffee and dessert will be awarded the Audience Award.

I've been in three places to try how coffee without milk can looks like.

In this picture is "Superfruit Bowl" dessert - colombian orange mix with pineapple, banana, strawberries and apples -  the healthiest dessert in this edition COFFEE FESTIVAL. 

(of course without : gluten, sugar and preservatives - very fit :)  )



3. Czekolada Cafe

Coffe Festival in Poznań takes place four times a year.

I would highly recommend taking part at least in one edition and taste the unique aroma of coffee!

Happy New Year!

Hi there!

How are you after Christmas and the new year? As every year after January 1, most of us make New Year's resolutions for next year.

Well, I agree with all of these points :) 
If I had to add something, it certainly would be :

Getting Organized
- Enjoy Life to the Fullest
Learn Something New
Spend More Time with Family 
- make new friends 
-I'm going to travel more 


But unfortunately, it happens very often that these provisions don't go. At the beginning, we have a lot of motivation and then it starts to wane ... 


WHY?? What should we do this time to be succesfull ...finally?

BE REALISTIC- You don't lose 20 kilograms in a month.

TALK ABOUT IT- Don’t keep your resolution a secret!

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS- Keep track of each small success.  Instead of focusing on losing 30 pounds, focus on losing the first five.

STICK TO DO IT! - 
Experts say it takes about 21 days for a new activity to become a habit and six months for it to become part of your personality. It won’t happen overnight, so be persistent and patient!

and... KEEP TRYING!!
